NEW OFFICE LOCATION SERVING SOLANA BEACH AND DEL MAR
October 1, 2009 (San Diego, CA) – Windermere Exclusive Properties continues to expand throughout San Diego. Their newest office, the highly anticipated location serving Solana Beach and Del Mar, is set to open soon. The office is located in Solana Beach at the corner of Lomas Santa Fe Drive and Cedros Avenue, and acts as Gateway into the exclusive Cedros Shopping and Design District. The site is a stone’s throw from the water and will continue to attract more agents to the fastest growing real estate agency in Southern California.

Over the past year Windermere Exclusive Properties has created a large footprint in the real estate market. Many real estate agents have made the transition from a number of agencies, both small and large. However, their previous locations did not offer their coastal North County agents an office to really consider home. As a result, Windermere Presidents Steve Rodgers took to the streets in search of a new location.
The new location couldn’t be better as Windermere Exclusive Properties now offers agents an office to better serve Solana Beach and Del Mar.
